· RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of £100 per week (£150 for a 2 week booking) will be needed to secure the apartment for your chosen dates. If travel is within 8 weeks of booking, the full amount must be paid (Xmas/New Year exceptions).
· BALANCE: The balance must be paid 8 weeks before the commencement of your holiday.
· KEY DEPOSIT/ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE: A separate refundable "security" cheque is requested for issue of keys to the apartment. A refund cheque will be sent to you once the keys have been safely received by us on your return to the UK, and assuming no damage has been caused to the property or its contents.
· KEYS: Keys will be sent to you two weeks prior to departure, and should be returned as soon as possible once you get back home.
· CHEQUES: If the Bank for whatever reason does not honour any cheque, a charge will be levied to cover this.
· CANCELLATION BY YOU: Cancellation must be in writing as soon as possible. Cancellation any time after booking will entitle the owner to retain the deposit paid by the client.
· INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate insurance to cover at least - CANCELLATION - ACCIDENT - MEDICAL - THEFT. Please note, neither our management company nor we accept responsibility or liability for any accident, injury and illness however sustained during the rental period. In particular, your attention is drawn to the fact that the use of all facilities/equipment is at your own risk. Children should be supervised whilst using the pool.
· NUMBER IN PARTY: The maximum number of persons allowed in our apartment is indicated on your confirmation letter. Any numbers on arrival over and above this make your booking null and void, without refund.
· LOST KEYS: Our local management company in resort reserve the right to make a charge for replacement/lost keys.
· TOWELS/BED LINEN: Each guest will be provided with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per week. Towels and bed linen are changed on a weekly basis for stays of 14 days or more.
· SECURITY OF PROPERTY: It is a condition that the apartment is secured at all times when not occupied. Please use the security grills provided. A security safe is provided in the apartment (excluding studio-but you can hire this from Reception).
· DEPARTURE: On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10am.
· COMPLEX FACILITIES: The owners cannot be held liable in the event that the complex facilities are not available due to circumstances beyond their control.
· APARTMENT MAINTENANCE: For the purpose of maintenance/emergencies, the owners reserve the right to allow the management company entry into the apartment at any time.
