The lounge/diner has table and chairs, two sofas, satellite TV (showing English channels), DVD & films and CD player/radio/cassette, and safety deposit box (payable locally). Fully fitted kitchen. Bathroom. Balcony with table and chairs.
There are 2 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an ensuite shower-room. The other bedroom has twin beds. There are also 2 Z-beds available. A travel cot is also available. Off road parking is available.
The complex has a large heated swimming pool, with children's section. A lifeguard is on duty during pool opening hours. There are furnished sun terraces, poolside snack and sports bar, restaurant, tennis court, laundry room, lifts and a 24 hour Reception which offers money exchange facilities and luggage room. |

The Castle Harbour complex stands in an elevated position, just a 10-15 minute stroll from the bustling harbour, pedestrianised streets and beautiful beaches of Los Cristianos.
The apartment is on two floors. On the lower of the two floors there is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board etc. The lounge/diner leads from the kitchen. It has table and chairs, two sofas, satellite TV and CD player/radio/cassette, and safety deposit box. There is a shower room with wc and washbasin on this floor.
Upstairs leads to two bedrooms. The apartment can sleep up to 6 persons (4 adults + 2 children). The double bedroom has ensuite shower-room with wc and washbasin. The other bedroom has twin beds. There are also 2 Z-beds. A travel cot is also available. There is ample storage space throughout the apartment. There are ceiling fans on both floors.
The balcony has magnificent views of Los Cristianos with a backdrop of the sea and mountains. Ample parking is available adjoining the complex.
All bed linen and towels are provided. There is a weekly change of linen. The apartment is cleaned prior to your arrival. Welcome pack provided.
There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. A supermarket is just 50 metres from the apartment. |

Los Cristianos has a bustling harbour, with regular ferry trips to neighbouring islands and whale & dolphin spotting boat trips. The beautiful beaches and harbour are approx 10-15 minute stroll away. The centre of Los Cristianos is a maze of pedestrianed streets, offering a wide variety of shops, restaurants and cafes. Los Cristianos has its own Golf Course with another nearby at Golf del Sur. Just a short taxi ride away is the livelier neighbouring resort of Playa Las Americas. Take a visit to the Aquapark (free buses run on a regular basis), Jungle Park, Monkey Park, Loro Park, or take the cable car up to Mount Teidi (snow capped in winter).

2010: Rates are £275 per week for up to 3 people. £300 per week for 4 people (excluding Christmas and New Year). Over 4 persons there is an additional charge of £25 per person per week. For Christmas and New Year rates please apply to owners. A (refundable) £50 key deposit/accidental damage "bond" is also requested.
Please vacate the apartment by 10am on the day of departure. Collection to/from the airport can be arranged (by mutual agreement). |
